Air cooled reflectpr question!!

i was thinking, will a 165 cfm inline fan will be able to suck air threw the filter going threw a 600 watt air cooled reflector be able to go threw?? as in carbon filter---inline fan---light--outside grow room? or do yu think i should roll wit a cooltube???

but im a need a 6 to 4 inch reducer because my inline fan is 4 inch.. will that create a problem wit air flow?

You Just described so many headaches....

IDEALLY a 6" FILTER to a 6" LIGHT to a 8" FAN To 8" DUCTING OUT.
that would work... what you described is very very inefficent.


And No a 4" fan will not cool a 600w light even without the filter, adding the filter is even worse.

a 6" fan could cool one light barely but not the filter and light.

You want a 8", peferablly High Output. IF we are talking can FANS.

my room is 6x5x6 i got intake in there at the bottom with the white ducting, air is comin straight from outside, and outtake is goin straight to outside kinda.. jus for a image heres pics IMGP1539.jpgIMGP1540.jpg

temps been kinda weird lately average when lights off, 19-25 and lights on 23-28 or do yu think i should be good wit temperature?

Does your intake have a fan, is your carbon filter fan your exhaust currently...

Do you have a air cooled hood.;

i dont have a air cooled hood right now, yes the intake a have a 100cfm fan those pump fun,

and yes the carbon filter wit the fan is my current exhuast.....

1. Make sure your intake air is GOING THROUGH A FILTER, preferablly a HOUSE HVAC type filter or HEPA filter before letting whatever is outside all over your plants....

2. Can you get a Air cooled hood and a NEW FAN even like justs a six inch one, maybe from Craigslist...
3. add new hole to outside (exhaust/intake) for air cooled light...
4. keep carbon filter exhaust as-is.

This will cool light and filter air, but you will have 4 holes going outside...

Or you can buy a 8" fan and air cooled hood and do it all in one iith only two holes in the window.

if he doesnt attach a carbon filter to the other end of the cool tube, then he will be exhausting smelly air.

Not if light air cooled is pass through and never draws air from in the tent, hence the reason he would have 4 holes outside to in, 2 for exhaust (1 Light, 1 Carbon filter), 2 intake (1 Light, Room Intake).
