Air cooling Carbon filter Question.

I have a simple question to ask!

Can I run an air cooled system in this order all on the same ducting line. I.e. Starting with a carbon filter leading to the cool tube reflector then to the inline fan & out of the grow room.

It all seems simple but I wonder if and dust or dirt will travel through the carbon filter and stick to the light bulb?

If any one has any input it will be greatly received.
