once you have this you can search for the "torrent files" on sites such as isohunt.com isoportal, demonoid.

you must first look up the torrent on the sites I have given and then open the downloaded files in the program "AZUREUS" to connect you to all who have that particular file.

they are basicly programs you use to download files from the internet, files that other people post for you to download... simple but sounds complicated....
