Do air purifiers make any "noticeable" difference to plants at all???

Just wondering cause I was thinking about buying one at home depot the other day

dont waste your money unless its for you good for your lungs plants dont care

I just filter all my air intakes. AS long as the stomata aren't clogged, the plants are fine.
