Goodday!

So I think my 2 small trees are ready for harvest but why are buds so small? I would really like some advice.

you look at those trichs under a microscope? looks like she's got some more time to me ^_-
or maybe not, might just be the camera lighting

Do you mean shade of brown or shade as in lack of lightning? If so then nope, sun is covering it completely, when it's not raining ofc ^^

i like my the hairs on my bud to be at least 50-75% brown, but it is getting chilly outside where i live =)

Looks like it has a few weeks left to me, they should get larger. Unless weather is a factor I'd let them run as long as I could.
