AK47 Lowryder and/or White Dwarf Question

Hello, sorry if someone has already asked this, I did a search but ended up with lots of hits with nothing really relevant in the thread title so... not patient enough to read them all :-?

Anyway my question is for anyone who has grown AK47 Lowryder or White Dwarf autoflowers... we're growing three of each in a closet right now and wondering how tall they actually get. The White Dwarf package says 60-80 cm so about two feet I guess. But if they generally get taller than that we'll need to LST... any help greatly appreciated! :)

Thanks, that should be fine then... we have them in two gallon bags. Just worried about the light burning them but if they stay around 20" it shouldn't be too bad.

i've grown lowryder2's a few times now in soil under CFL's and HID's. I don't think any of them got over 8" tall.

when i grew automatic ak lowryder crosses they got about 18" tall.

about the last ten days my fan leaves were yellowing and the buds were getting fat so i just basically trimmed the whole plant. then i opened up the stems to get light and air to the insides. (that's the chopstick thing.) i probably wouldn't do that on anything but a LR2.

Cool thanks man... was trying to figure out what you were doing there lol. Makes sense now. Do you know how similar the AK47 Lowryder is to the LR2?

the ak47/lr2 i grew were 4 times bigger than the lr2s. i've grown lr2's 2 or 3 times now and mine never got over 8" tall (i think.) maybe they get bigger in hydro. i always use soil.

the ak47/lr2s were impressive. nice looking plants and very sticky buds. however, i messed them up. if you look at the picture i sent in a previous post the stems are red and the leaves (leafs?) are sort of a yellow lime green color. i think i flushed them too much too often. anyway.... due to whatever i did wrong the smoke was maybe a 5 out of 10. i took all of it and made water hash out of it and was quite impressed.

Lol definitely "leaves." Yah since this is our first try and all I think we're going to try to avoid messing around with nutes and flushing... maybe some guano tea and molasses or something, we'll have to read up on it some more, but nothing we can mess up too easy and burn them with, at least till we have some experience. You could check out our journal maybe and tell us how they're doing in comparison, if you get bored. The AK47/lr2 are only 3 weeks old but I'll be putting new pics up tomorrow.

This is EXACTLY what I am looking to grow. Small, compact, manageable. Can you tell me what lights were used and what light cycle? Thanks!!!
