Ak47 outdoors

Just wondering if anybody has grown this outdoors and had a good return.
I am up north in the badger state (middle part) and have some really good looking plants going.
I have read that this is a better indoor variety ( wish I would have read that before), hope I am not wasting my time.
Anyway, if someone could chime in and let me know either way, I would appreciate it

I grew ak47 last year outdoor! got 2 3/4 lbs off the one ak i had! great quality and quantity outta that girl for sure!
