the people complaining about how he's an american and didn't get a trial need to familiarize themselves with the treason clause. treason is punishable by death. all that is required to prove treason is for 2 people to witness an overt act of treason. the guy is on the internet. so unless someone can make the case that there ARE NOT 2 people who witnessed that guy commit an overt act of treason, i don't know what the fuss is about.

Whether it's treason or not, the govt is not allowed to punish it's citizens for crimes until they are convicted by due process and for good reason.

He may not be worthy of American Citizenship, but until it is formally revoked the govt is required to treat him as a citizen. The govt is required to stay within the law. That's the whole point of the Constitution.

"the law" is as follows:

us code, title 18, part I, chapter 115

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

article 3, section 3 of the us constitution

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

I don't care if he was an American or not...

He was a human that spread hate towards other humans... a traitor of his own species.

Therefore in my opinion, his death is a positive force in the way of the world... the more like him that die, the better off we are as a whole.

Texas Rep. Ron Paul, who is running for the Republican presidential nomination, cried foul Friday over the killing of a radical U.S.-born cleric in Yemen without a trial, joining a chorus of civil liberties groups raising "due process" concerns over the drone attack. "No one likes these kind of people, but I also like the rule of law and I like our Constitution, that you don't just target people, assassinate them, someone who has not been charged and you have no proof of anything," Paul told Fox News. "So if we want to protect American citizens from that type of justice, we have to be more cautious."

........As Ron Paul's Presidential hopes vaporize ........like on the business end of a hellfire missile .

Hehe this is funny you ever hear of
Thomas Jefferson's and Rodney Cox?? Well heres the story just in case you didnt ;)

"Rodney Cox from North Carolina was discovered in the act of providing former stories with information regarding the American naval forces capability to secure American shores. Cox was convicted and sentenced to death by firing squad. Jefferson, being a notorious AnI suckhobic at the time, served as the sole member of the firing squad. With a single bullet dispatched from a flint lock rifle, Cox received a fatal wound. It took 10 hours for Cox to expire, during which he lay prostrate on the White House lawn. Afterwards, he was committed to the sea in a right proper burial, albeit, without any fanfare."

Death to traitors has been the American way since America has been America. So why change shit now lol kinda silly dont ya think.

That's what I am talking about. At time the govt was required to follow the law and carry out due process. He was tried, convicted and sentenced. Why should that change?
