I didn't kill this thread. You are not a MM caregiver nor are you looking for a caregiver but you feel free to advise or imply to them that it's legal to accept things for the MM when it clearly is not. End of story.
I would be happy to advise any MMP who thinks they can't grow on how to do it no matter how small a grow it has to be. I will never be a legal caregiver. As a MMP the cops and state officials have no right to enter my house without a warrant, if I become a caregiver I lose the right to tell them to go F-OFF, that isn't going to happen.
Authorized inspections
People who are registered caregivers or dispensers of medical marijuana are required to submit to occasional official inspections. A registered person who refuses to allow an inspector entry onto the registered premises is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. Penalties may include a fine of up to $2,000, up to 90 days in jail, or both (as decided by the judge). (Alaska Stat. Ann. §§ 11.71.060(a)(3).)
