Ali Bongo

Decided to try out Ali Bongo for seeds cause they had a pack of sugar black rose in regular that I was looking for. Customer service was great and they went out of their way to verify they had the seeds in stock that I wanted to purchase before placing the order. Which was nice since one of the packs was actually not available so I didn't pay for seeds they don't have. Was skeptical of the high shipping rates for stealth and guaranteed 1 extra time delivery but with the rollitup discount it pretty much evened out. Placed the order about a week ago and paid by bitcoin and the ali bongo rep here was super responsive and recommended I do the stealth shipping even though they say they rarely get siezed. Well a box with a customs siezure letter and a t-shirt and empty metal canister showed up today so I guess we'll see if their second shipment guarantee gets through however I believe that they might have been the last pack of sugar black rose. So overall not sure I'll try to order again if my seeds don't make it cause being out $200 and no seeds without a full guarantee of delivery kind of sucks but I did know that when I placed the order.

Customer service a+, delivery to the US so far, not so much.

Ali bongo is solid. They have free shipping option, which I have always used and have always received my orders.

Yeah they were super nice and helpful, I'm hoping they have a second pack and it makes it through on the second time.

Well the second attempt made it through customs to same name and address so all is good with me for getting the seeds! Thank you Ali Bongo.
