All Around Yellowing

Seems like my new seedling is overall pretty yellow. It looks more yellow in RL than in the picture, but I need to figure out what the problem is. That plant is probably about 2 or 2 1/2 weeks old, so it seems the growth is very stunted. The pH is about 6.8 and the temperature in the room is around 74F. Humidity I'm not sure about, but my guess is about 20%. This has been my 3rd plant in a row on the decline at a young age. The last plant was a horrible pH and the 1st plant had a lack of light. This is a I just added some fertilizer to it, hoping that its just the soil that is terrible. Anyone have any ideas? I attempted to use the search function but I've never been very successful with it on forums. Thanks

I believe its Scott's Potting Soil

try cutting back on the H2O. this is usually the reason when using dirt, past experences
Thats what I thought too, but then I stopped watering it till it was bone dry and it didn't really seem to change much.

Also I'm going to try and lower the pH a little bit, maybe around 6.6, but with my supplies its kind of tough.

I dont think it looks that bad, the best way to handle seedlings is to not try and do 1 at a time. Some seedlings die, it happens, like young anything. The best thing to do is leave them alone. Trying to nute or flush or anything fancy will kill them. Good soil with seeds in it is fine for growing seedlings with nothing other then a every other day watering.

Btw I think it may be fixed, after adding a little fertilizer it looked a little worse for a few hours, but now it seems to be growing faster and looking healthier... The 2 new leaves coming in today are much bigger than they were yesterday
