^ nice pics....oh man. I just did some researching on plant deficiencies because my plants is looking worse this morning. I think I have found what is causing the problem. "High levels of potassium, ammonium and/or calcium (for example a lot of lime in the tap water or lime rich, clay ground) compared with the magnesium levels." Making my plant have a Magnesium deficiency. I use lime in my tap water to decrease the ph. I have been using it for a while and I started putting more in to lower the ph even more. That is probably why it got worse.....fuck...does anyone have any thoughts on where I should go from here? I am going to a hydro store today and they have all sorts of nutrients and stuff. Is there anything I should get, should I most likely buy a ph down solution and stop the lime? I think the lime is really taking it's toll now. It makes more sense than anything I have read about so far. +rep for advice.

that sucks dude i for some reason have never used ph up or down my water seems to work very well with organic nutes and hydro grow your best asking the hydro shop guy they will have the cure for it thats what i do just take in a pic good luck

I have never used the actual ph down solution stuff, but at this point I am better off getting it. I am definitely going to talk to the guy at the store and bring in a pic. lmao i wonder if he would look at an actual leaf if i brought that in...hahaha I have a ph tester but it is one of them shitty match the colors testers....i know for sure my ph isn't too high or too low. it is right in between 6.1 and 5.6 I might just get an electronic ph tester for the hell of it to make life a little easier.

Also. This is probably why my plant is taking so long to show sex and flower. It has been under 12/12 for a week and 2 days and I don't even have pre-flowers. I read that a mg deficiency can become worse at the formation of flowers. My plant has been getting a lot worse since I flipped the light cycle.

i took pics in with me and it aint exacly legal in my neck of the woods he just giggled and gave me vitamins for FREE!!!!!! he is a good guy.my plants took 10 or more days to show sex hmmmmmm maybe i do have to check my ph hahaha

I know it's not legal, that's why it seems a little sketchy to me. I think I am going to take pictures and then ask the guy if it would be alright if he could take a look at them. If not then I guess I have to do my best to describe everything to him. I think I can do it pretty well that way, but as everyone knows. Pictures are 1,000 times better because then you can actually see what it is yourself.

yeah i was sketchy when i showed my shop guy but u gotta think almost 80% of people aint buying hydro setups to grow the best fruit and veg i think they know whats going on :weed:
