All purple stems,worth saving?

Well, I think I've identified my problems and I am working on correcting them. Right now, I have about 5 seedlings between 2-3 weeks old. They are a bit sad looking from water stress, first too much than not enough. The 2.5 inch stems have turned completely purple from the stress. I really don't think its genetic because there are several strains. Once the entire stem turns purple, are they worth trying to save?

I've got a few that just have a tiny bit of discoloration on the stems and I'm going to put them in 1 gallon bags for right now and see how they do. Is it worth trying to save the others or should I just called it a failed experiment?

Luckily, I should be picking up some clones tonight, strawberry cough and diesel. I've got a few news seeds sprouting as well and I'm going to do my best to make these ones grow up big and strong. So its not like I don't have anymore beans or anything but can they recover from such torture?
