Got in touch with future and got the same 6 week estimate on new veros. Both B 52v and D 38v type are same price $21.90
Digikey, newark did not have any info on lead time and price.
Bridgelux replied to my email and said 8-12 weeks lead time for US distributors
Could not find their 90 cri spectrum. Datasheet has only 80

Was told if I ordered 50 pack today I would receive them within 6-8 weeks. Usually FE single pack pricing is the same as 50+ or at least it was on my previously purchased Vero's. I hope they sell single COB's once they are in warehouse stock...
Hey you are right. I had looked recently at Nichia cobs, and they are cheaper ordering a tray of 42, but the random Veros I just checked are priced the same regardless of order quantity. Hopefully that's not a getting rid of stock thing, and carries over to the new stuff, because those are excellent prices.

That's crazy that the 52V version is the same price. It doesn't appear to just be a different arrangement of parallel/series dies. Does Bridgelux provide any technical data about the number of dies and how they are wired?

I have 2 bars of 3x Vero 29's 3500k ran @ 2.1. I have a total of 10 sqft (39.25' x 39.25'). Its a total of 520w of light on high and I am using Ledil 90 reflectors.

Right now in beginning veg I have them @ 50% brightness using the storm controller and about 18" from the canopy. Does that sound about right?

My question is how high should I have the light on in Veg and Flower. Power (dim-able driver) and height (Distance from plants). Whats too far and whats too close?

50% brightness should work really well for veg at 18". Strong light for the space but I don't foresee it being a problem at 18" at full power during flower.

Figured why not go super bright and dim if need be. Didn't really build these trying to be most efficient more or less wanted a decently efficient super bright light.

Setting up another few lights for a friends tent right now. Gonna push 8 Vero 29's @2.1 in a 4x4 tent. Should pull somewhere around 660 watts depending on how much the 2x EUC-320S210DT drivers pulls from the wall.

How do you think the 8 vero 29's will do in the 4x4? You think I have enough lighting? I would be very happy with 1.0 gpw and ecstatic if higher. I'm coming from the Mars2 lights which I was able to do pretty well with. These COB's on the other hand seem to be on another level as far as overall brightness.

Strain is gonna be GG#4 this run planning on running 9 plants in Scrog style

Nice dude! I wanna run sinning sooo bad buy I can't find beans anywhere. Do you grow in just straight hydroton? How do you water?
Thanks dude :) yeah, its a shame the seeds isn't found anywhere now..
No, the hydroton is my top layer only, to prevent evaporation. I grow in soil..
