Almost 4 months of growth yet no buds

I am experimenting with the hope of supplementing my own needs of bud.
I germinated in february and about now the plant is 4' tall full of white hairs yet no bud is visible yet. I've been growing indoor/outdoor with this knowing its not orthodox but its the only way i can at the moment, anyways i started to give the plant 12/12 more like 13/11 between outdoor light and indoor darkness. Should i be worried that i see no buds yet or is it just my impatience
(even though 4 month now je)

Please aid me, shed some light on the situation

Thanks

actually is closer to 5 months old now

you have to be consistant with the light schedule or it will screw it up. how long on 12/12 now. it takes a couple weeks to see anything

its been a week now of the lighting schedule.
The plant showed sex a long time ago and since the it was kept outside for for day and night ( live in the caribbean so at the moment it was close to half and half)
I dont know if what ive been doing is correct but ive been lighting outside and brining it in for the dark hours. My concern is that the plant is alredy 4' tall and quite honestly to tall for where i live.

Dose it stop growing in size not that i changed the cycle?
Should I give it more dark hours? (right now im doing close to 13 hours of dark)

I germinating new seeds now. Im going to try to keep this shorter and on a tighter schedule but i still want to see results from the original
(not sure of the strand though my dealer gave me mixes bag of seeds including strawberry, hash plant and buddah)

only 1 week so your ok then, the buds will be soon. needs to be 12/12 and absolutely no, i meen zero light during the dark cycle, or it will hermie. it only takes 1 hour of light during the dark time to screw it up. it will also grow alot taller, usualy double roughly from 12/12 time.
next batch you should top them for if hight is an issue. it will be shorter and bushier. i did a half and half on my chemos i have on the go right now.
i`ll be watching for the next one to follow from the begining and try to help ya. pm me or something if ya want when you start a journal or if you do. check my pic`s out if you want to see the difference. do a search for chemo my stuff will come up.

If you dont have proper lighting inside, I would just leave that monster in the sunshine, good looking girl, dont worry about not seeing any flowers yet your just in the beginning stage of flowering couple more weeks and they'll start popping out:peace:

if your daylight schedule is doing to a shorter daylight time, witch i believe you are down there. iv`ve never used anything by schultz or mg ( personal prefference) but akt fast on those buggers they multiply fast.
like the other post said i would just leave her outside to do her thing in the sun, you should get bigger nugs with the brighter sun and if you dont have proper lighting it would make sense. mabee the next one do indoor for more environment control

well a little extra input theres nothing wrong with doing outdoor light and indoor dark as long as its 12 and 12. screwing around with the lighting schedule can make it go back into veg and then to flower and then veg again type of deal and thats just gonna confuse the plant and make it go herm

just make sure you stick with a solid lighting schedule.

let me ask this though
i am keeping with the 12/12 but i read during my continuos research i can actually be even less day and more night
10/14 even
is this information solid, makes no difference or is it simply bull?

I dunno why mess around and go with the proven method of 12 and 12

find teh strongest time the sun is up in your yard and just continue doing that for the next 8-9 weeks

i would do as much as you can. if you dont get them all they will hatch more. everything i read on the stuff is that it will require a few hits of the stuff.
as far as that different light schedule the way i understand it is the way i also do. for the last week or 10 days i take the light back to 10 hours aday. it is supposed to help finish the plaant off by tricking it to think it`s the end of the season so it tries to finish budding and reproduce, but we chop before the flowers come or it goes to far. dont know if it realy makes a difference but thats my story and i`m sticking with that no court will change my mind. lol
