For large scale operations or those targeting youth - but not for the little guy. We can legally share up to an oz at a time - you would have to be really careless to get caught in the first place and at most you will get a fine, is my guess. I think the focus will be on dispensaries - take them out so the bm grower loses their guaranteed customers. Dispensaries will be low hanging fruit to give the appearance of enforcement. What it will do is flood the black market with tons of cheap cannabis and ensure the government dealers get off to a real slow start.

No legit dispensary will risk that.
Sharing an ounce. Sure. Nobody cares about that. But get caught carrying more than an ounce on ya and there is the excuse for a search warrant. Then they come to your house and what do they find? Either a case worth pursuing or not.
Again. This is nothing new. Booze is one example. Cigs are another. Intellectual property is another. When big business wants their interests protected they will buy the politicians they need to make the laws and pressure for enforcement.

The fine fore more than 30gs on your person in public but less than 50gs is only 200$ not criminal charge. That's Ontario anyways ... I'd just go out with 30gs, drop it go back get another 30gs lol and so forth..

There is no storage limit - and medical can carry 150g. It's all hypothetical to me, I don't sell now and I don't plan on going into business anytime soon. Those who do, keep it discreet and amongst friends.

for the most part, the black market will remain as is; I find His legalization is more for the tokes who were afraid to try it because the media said not to. Now it's legal they can do it without breaking a law and feel better about it.
I personal could give two shits since I'm medical but good that I can now walk to the store with a joint without weird looks lol
Anyone who sells will continue to and possibly loss a few customers but that's with everyone in retail right lololol

What is not to love. I do not know what strength you make yours but mine are about 150- 200mg each and one get you an excellent high. Two gets you a really great high and puts you in a very happy mood. I figure my cost is about $4-5 per cookie but calculating the strength is best guess. I have to guess the percentage of what I put in, so I go with 15% even though I think it is stronger.

wish I could find an edible that works. I got some thc 'drops' that I put on my food, but 120mg barely does anything. Lot's of friends make cookies and candies all the time and say they are potent - they do nothing for me. It sucks!

I understand completely. My early batches of cookies did almost nothing for the me and the wife, yet others would get wasted. Heavy smokers like us need much bigger doses. What happens if you eat 1/2 a gram of oil in a cap? Nothing?
My wife was alarmed at the cost of how much I was putting in until I asked her "did we not buy this to get high".
