Greetings again fellow growers,

Im making a cab that measures in at 3 ft x 3 ft x 7 ft or in Inches 40 " x 40 " x 80 "

I already have Panda Plastic & i need one of the following to wrap it up tomorrow.

PVC cab as done in this post : http://hydroponiceconomics.com/blog/grow-rooms-and-grow-boxes/indoor-grow-closet-create-grow-room
Using 32mm PVC piping or bigger, i cannot source 3 way corners for pvc pipes here :/
Pros
Cons
Cheaper
Corners arent flush with design
Easy to cut
more prone to come loose unless i secure it with something temporarily not glue.
Bigger sized piping for rigidity
more fittings to buy with design

Or

Aluminium 3 way 90 degree corners
corner 90 3 piece.jpg
Only comes in 25mm, i will be using 25mm aluminum square tubing aswell. The corners and tubing are also available in round form.
Pros
Cons
Easier to install
Little harder to cut
Rigid maybe.. its only 25mm?
Might not be rigid enough?
Less parts if rigid..
little more expensive
Clip on design for security

End of the day im really not sure  with the pvc corners i need 8 T pieces & 8 Solid 90 degree bends & im not too sure how solid its going to be with a super sun 2 hanging from it. I would think that the aluminium would give a more solid form although its only 25cm, going for a 32mm or bigger pvc pipe also kind of wastes a lil reflection space.

Any advice will be appreciated. Many thanks fellow tokers, respect :peace:

Is there a reason you can't order 3-way pvc pieces online? I love building with PVC, even built a greenhouse out of it.

Did you try to find what you need in electrical underground PVC ,instead of plumbing PVC same dia fittings and pipe so you can mix one with the other, you might want to look there and you might be able to use a 4 way or 3 way PVC electrical box ,check it out might be your answer

Aluminium would be NICE :) PVC is standard for building stuff over here. But an aluminium frame would have me jealous hehehehe. Shit if you can afford it, go for gold, nothing wrong with being proud of your kit. Yup, an aluminium frame, that is pretty cool indeed hehehehe...

Looks like you're the kinda fella that like all lines in place and everything real neat. You'll feel better with the aluminium, and I think you already decided on that anyway you just needed somebody to agree. Go for it bro, make it look as awesome as you can, feels GREAT when you stand back and it's the way YOU WANT IT.

Hey Jrainman how you been dude ? i have taken a look at the electrical
boxes but there's nothing there that will work, i been searching like
madness for them & ive only found the 90 degree elbows & the 3
way T pieces. With the minimal amount of time i got ( need to get
grow going asap ) i have stumbled across a problem, i went to look at
the aluminium & it looks good cost is 45 $ for the set which is not
too much,i went to go look at the pvc connectors and just for the 12 T
pieces & 8 elbows i paid 18 $, im more than likely going to be
paying another 10-15 $ dollars for the piping so im pretty much sitting
on about 30-35$ for the pvc & its probably more likely to break... be less sturdy unless i tape/bolt/glue the parts.

KushKrew ! thank you for tips man, you pretty right aluminium looks great, lasts & i think it could be more sturdier.

The only thing i can think of that might be is that the aluminium might not
be as rigid as i expect, also will the actual metal mess with the
lighting im not sure either...

Im keeping calm here but i think im gonna slap myself a bit lol. Thanx again for the help! respect! Peace & One love.
