Foil is no good mate. Rather paint the wall white. You'll get better reflection. Or you can buy some mylar. Foil reflects light badly and can cause burned spots on the leaves.

It not the light that leaking out thats the problem. It's light leaking in during dark cycle. If you have light leaking out, then you definately got light leaking in. So you'll have to get that sorted for flower.

foil can be use but it cause,s your grow box to turn into a hot box i suggest white walls plants respond better and much more quicker....
