Am i doing this right?

The plant is 6 days old, the strain is Hawaiian Durban its under (2) 13watt CFLs that are about 1inch close to the plant (will be outside in about 2 weeks) and gets about 12hrs of light a day just to tell the sex of it earlier and planning on re-vegging after, i was just wondering if everything is okay and if there was anything i should change, thanks.

You want that plant well establish before it goes outside so about 6-8 inches tall or 2 sets of nodes. Then be sure to harden the plant off and dont just toss it full on outside in the sun or it will die.Best way to sex it since its one plant is once its outside and about a foot take a single clone. It will root in like 5-7 days grow it one week then put it in 12/12. It will show the sex and not cost you reveg time if you got a female.

I would be giving it more hours of light, so it can get a little growth before you put it outside. What spectrum are you using, 6500k? I find that the bigger a plant is when I put it outside the better chance of survival.

There only 2700k and should i leave them on 24hrs then? And i was going to take clones but i cant find any rooting hormones

To start new seeds and plants 24 hours is best but some like 18 on 6 off.Rooting hormon is at Lowes Home Depot Walmart, Menards or any nursery. Its by the plant food and sprays. Its about $4

you should really think about getting some different lights that are the full daylight ones. they are like 5600k or something like that and much higher lumens like 1600 instead of the like 500 yours probably are.
