It is in part because they outsource this process. Once upon a time, you used to apply with the people that might hire you. Now, a third party reviews applications, issues the tests, and so on.

That's how I did it - pretty much answered that drugs were evil. I didn't get the job, though. Oh well. I'm not sure I would have liked being a pharmaceutical sales rep.

They usually hire young attractive women to entice the doctors into offering their drugs to patients....... I know more then a few people in the field- all young, good looking women.
