Am I getting close to harvesting?

So I'm a newbie at growing and this is my first to round. So my plants have been through some shit. I didn't have enough light for my plants originally and it took longer than normal to start flowering. Then my basement flooded and they went through some more shit and then I got another light and burnt the shit out of my plants. However, they are still growing. You can see by the pictures how bad the leaves are damaged. But I think I may be getting close to harvesting soon, at lease the top of the plants. Any guidance into how much longer you think? The pistils just started turning orange a few days ago. The bottom buds don't look near ready. Thoughts, advice, guestimate on when I can finally harvest and smoke this?

Damn. I was thinking a week. Ok. Sad times
Patients young grass hopper :). The best reward comes from a healthy fully ripe plant. Take a look at some of my recent posts. I regularly post about plant maturity to help other growers be able to get the most from their plants by reading the signs they give us. I’m on my phone right now so I don’t want to type it all out :D

Get you a jewelers scope or powerful magnifying glass. When those clear feeler looking things go cloudy, then shes ready. Dry for week or two then cure the buds in jars. be sure to open the jars 10 minutes a day. This really brings your buds over the top with potency and flavor

How? It won't let me see your profile or is it somewhere else. New to this site.

Here you go I pulled this from one of my previous posts :). It covers the important stuff:

You don’t want to ever harvest based on one signal.

Stigma changing to 90% + reddish and shrinking towards buds is the first sign of maturity a plant begins to show. That tells you the plant is done trying to reproduce and grow fresh bud, and is ready to swell and ripen. During the swelling process the buds won’t grow much on the outside but will bulk up and get more dense inside. Increasing significantly in weight.

Plants typically need 2-3 weeks AFTeR the stigma change before they are done swelling and properly ripened. Don’t bother looking at trichomes before then, and make sure when you do look at them that you look at the buds.

The trichomes are the final signal of ripeness. It’s also important look at trichomes from the side not the top. From the top the bulbous head of the trichome can magnify the opaque stalk underneath and give a false impression of maturity.

It is really easy to harvest plants too early. This is one of the main causes for new growers (and even some veterans) having sub par buds.

It is nearly impossible to harvest them too late, atleast on accident.
