am i hydro or soil ? its a jungle in here !!!!!

didnt have all the money to get started a friend gave me a 50 pound bag of rocks and about 25 to 30 pounds of dirt all i had money for was the lights (2 1 thousand ) the nut. AC canfan pumps feed system and the pens ( ph/ppm ) ph up and down then i notice i didnt have enough money for the bucket 0r more dirt or rocks so i built one BIG bucket 2' wide by 8' long and 18" deep and put the 50 pound bag of rocks my friend gave me it filled almost 3/4 then i added the dirt it filled perfect ! so i dont know what to call it hydro or soil (its got only about 8" of dirt ) i feed them twice a day and there at 1200 ppm ( when lights are on ) and they look like they need more feed i dont think they need more ppm but more watering in the day i think this be cuz they are always hugging the lights and when they where younger they looked darker green i feed to day at 1200 ppm and the next day i check the run off it will be at around 700 ppm so i think thats good right ? can any body tell me if i should feed more times in the day or should i slow down and feed more ppm got some pics to show any opinion and comments will be appreciated on what i should do on the feed

I think to be considered hydro you would have to be completely soilless, but it looks like you're getting some good results for sure. Keep it up man!

i think my girls are saying something and i dont know what they are saying !
for the pass week there leave look like they are hugging the light
if you look at the pic on top 5th row down 2nd one from left to right and
the last one on that same row too will show you what i mean if you
can tell me what this is plzzzzzzzzz do so THANKS !!!

just one more thing if you look at the pic first one on the 5th row and the first one on the 7th row it will show the edge of the leaf are pointing up this has been like this for about 2 weeks if you know what this is plzzzzzzz share the info THANKS !!!
