Am I On The Right Track? Please Help!!!!

im not gonna lie this is kinda aggrivating! lol some people are telling me a 200 watt CFL 6400k that outputs 12,500 lumens will be enough to grow four plants. and one 200 watt CFL 2700k that outputs 12,500 lumens will be perfect for flowering 4 plants....and some people are sayin it won't be enough! shit! lol

so a hydro set up could be as cheap as soil? and faster? im sure it has to be more complicated than soil for a first grow right?

and im not planning on rushing the growing process at all....im just want to get started, thats all. you have to be a dumbass to try and rush shit....right? lol

well not rly, some people are good at rushing the growing process, and it works out fantastic for them, but its not for everybody lol and wonder, thats not true. some people have diff opinions on which soil types they like its pretty much a personal choice
