I bet you could push it another couple weeks, it will put on weight. stress will add to the flowering time, or the mature date.

see the new hairs coming out? those burst of new hairs wont stop for another 2-3 weeks. the existing hairs will seem to be squished between these new hairy calyxes. be patient. let these cover the flower then turn red/burgundy whatever then chop. the dry product will be much denser than if you cut r down between now and then.

So even though I'm 8 weeks in you think I still have 3 weeks until harvest? Thanks for the advice I'll leave them alone for now

yea just my opinion. they look like they could get you nice and baked at this point but from my experience this phase doesnt have much weight to it. did you get a clone of this plant? it's nice to play with the same plant over and over again when learning

I always look at my trichomes through a 60x loupe, I like to harvest my plants when the trichomes are 50% amber 50% cloudy only because I like to be couch lock after smoking a joint. if you are after a heavy stone like me then 50% amber will do the trick. I only flush my plants twice before harvest with plain room temperature water ( water been sitting for 24 hours ).
