am i the only one like this? - rolling skills

i can roll a very neat and nice blunt with no problem. but when it comes to rolling a joint its a whole different story. i can get one rolled but its pretty bad rolls everytime. now ive only tried by just using my hands, no dollar bill tricks or anything like that but with blunts its got easier the more i rolled them, but thats not the case for papers, everytime is pretty bad but passable. anyone else like this?

i believe my biggest problem is getting the paper to fold into itself to roll it in general.

I'm really good at joints my sisters have the same problem as u though they can't get the fold. I kinda tuck it and keep rolling. Hard to explain without visuals lol.

yeah what i found that helps me with the fold is twisting the one corner of it before i put the bud in it and it helps it roll together easier but it still looks ugly.

I concur, my big hands can roll one hell of a blunt but I need a joint roller to roll a joint but I'd rather just roll the blunt.

there was a day when I was able to hold my hands still enough w.o shaking all the weed out.. now I must use a bong or pipe or a j roller...

The main reason why I use bongs and bubblers is because I am fucking terrible at rolling joints or blunts. I mean I can roll an ok blunt, but I have seen some tight rolled blunts that smoke for what feels like an hour... whereas mine smoke in about 10 minutes. And since Im really the only one who smokes anymore, I just assume do it in a bong or bubbler. Taking a blunt to the dome is so depressing.

I'm not good at rolling, not trying to get good either. Don't like the taste of blunts and hate wasting weed by just letting it burn in some paper.

I don't believe I've ever actually tried rolling a blunt. Nor do I like smoking them. I'll roll a joint if I'm outside doing yard work as it's a bit more incognito. Usually I just sit in my office and smoke out of a pipe. I have a one hitter I got in China "glass cigarette holder lol" that I keep on my balcony for when the weather cooperates.

Don't smoke blunts. Can't roll anything for shit either. If I roll anything its a joint, never a blunt. Gross.

I prefer my bong though.

I am ok with rolling cone joints that I prerolled and just shove some mmj in side it.. but prerolling sucks too.. I use filters too

even tried the large king size ones 2 stuck together ended up with way too much paper and a big ass j

Never got the whole blunt thing..... I'm old school.. joints are what I enjoy smoking. No fancy tricks just good quality papers 1.25's are the size I like to use. Practice makes perfect and after 35 plus years of practice I dont mind admitting that I'm very accomplished at the art of joint rolling....!

Its so hard to explain, and id make a video for you if i knew how to post crap to youtube.

Really the most important thing to rolling a nice joint is to make sure all the weed is cut up nice (No chunks) and you need to make a crease just before you do your tuck and roll <~~ this is most important as it stops the joint from becoming loose and makes the final roll easier. Dont try to tuck the edge of the paper under the weed, make that crease.

Im a pro a rolling joint's, thats really how I mostly smoke but this is hard as hell to try and explain lmao.

Raw are my chose of papers, and king size raw for my blunt rolling.

no blunts here, kills the flavor to me.

I can roll a long ass j like the trailer park boys, lol
