Don't get me wrong Herbies and Attitude and others do a great service, but really there job stops once its posted, the only thing these seed banks can do is play the shuffle - shuffle game of a different post office each day...so the zip gets changed each posting, even Herbies has a post office just around the corner from their shop...dumb!!..

Thank God. Or may be because the Spain is not under the radar like UK and Holland. However few minutes later I was pissed again.
Kaliman has a promo - buy any pack and get 10 Nitro Express plus 2 regular Cheese for free. So i ordered a Cheese Quattro Pack. It has 4 strains x 4 seeds each strain. And they are all mixed in the package,.

Mr. Kaliman. or Rckstar (whatever You call Your self). this is not funny. It's STUPID.

So many seeds come through those places, pretty much we are all nobody's to them. They just take the seeds and proceed with their job. They aren't out to get you man.

Google Mark Emery lol. It seems to me that if its illegal to send them, its illegal to receive them. I have no ideal though. I know its nice to walk into a store and buy them. I do worry about being watched though!

ing what I said out of context is is legal to ORDER. I did not say to posses and/or grow. state laws vary by region. where Im at state law permits possession of seeds. federal law may say otherwise.

No need to worry even if someone lives in, say, Texas?

i have an order that shows to be at Chicago 2 months to the day.

I have not seen a green taped envelope, letter, nothing.

The fact I have heard nothing worries me.

Packages arrived few days apart with green tape on them and piece of paper enclosed saying that seeds been confiscated . I contacted the Attitude, sent them emails with pictures and they said no problem, and later i received email from them saying that they are going to re ship them. plus i am waiting for another package from Original Sensible Seeds ( btw great prices and selection ).. Now i am worry that my address may be on US Customs system and every time i have package coming from overseas they will pull it over.
