Anyone here use ambian? or any other sleep medicine to go to sleep medication to go to sleep what works for you guys? have you used ambian and had a side effect if so let me hear it.
 
sleeping pills taken over a long period of time really fucks with you... i would just try warm milk bro and a couple hits off a bowl. dont do it man, thats how they get you.
 
Ambien... Yeah, used to be dependent on it to sleep. Not worth taking in my opinion, people are too quick to run to pharmaceuticals for relief of pretty much everything that can be solved without it. Lot's of foods that can aid in sleeping, not drinking alcohol, not smoking cigarettes right before bed, not using the computer before bed, getting more exercise in the morning, quit drinking anything with caffeine.

All I need is to turn on a loud fan for the noise and I'm out, I sleep like a fucking baby every night these days, wake up feeling like a little kid.
 
My favorite Ambien (zolpidem) side effect was the certainty that I was not alone in the room. I hallucinated my kids in bed next to me ... no image or other sensation ... just the sense of familiar human closeness. cn

i have been taking it for 6yrs now used to sometimes call friends not remember the calls and stuff like that got the crazy shit under control now but cant sleep without it and it sucks
 
A girl friend of mine took it one night and never woke up.

Her two children found her in the morning.

ambian I took it like 3 times. it did help me sleep but Ibuprofen pm does the same thing with less meds involved. I hear if you stay awake on ambien it can fuck you up
 
I took it once and I slept like a fucking rock. It wasn't a good sleep though...I was hella groggy the next morning

i used to cheek them in jail for a couple years, fun stuff imo, not real great for you though, sometimes if i fought the sleep long enough it felt as if a fan was constantly blowing on me when im in a room with no type of breeze in the first place lol
 
i can't take one of anything. so three or four ambiens will put me in front of the computer and i always end up on amazon or ebay. where i buy shit that i forget all about till it comes in the mail.
 
theyre bad for you try eliminating issues first before you jump on meds such as
no caffeine 6 hours before bed
do not eat 2 hours before sleeping
calm without stress
make sure you have tried something relaxing like abath, or reading or drinking some bedtime tea
 
i take ambien sometimes. i've never really had a side effect but last time i took it, it didn't do anything & i was up all night regardless.

It fucks you up to the point you can't be understood or comprehended. I lived next door to a girl hooked on the stuff one summer. She'd take a few before bed and she'd usually end up wandering around the neighbourhood for an hour or so before she would pass out somewhere. It did not seem like a good deal to me.

Personally the best sleep I've ever had was under the influence of GHB. Of course it's illegal and people will look at you funny if you are looking for it (it's interesting recreationally however and all I ever saw it used for in my limited exposure), but I took a couple cap fulls one night and proceeded to run home (don't remember) and pass out on my bed not long after. Had one of the best sleeps of my life that night. Every other time I tried it I did not do so much but I still always slept pretty well and usually did not have to sleep for very long. It is known to induce deep sleep AFAIK. I think it's also addictive however (could be wrong) and overall it's extremely debilitating.

you can run a rat ragged on a wheel all day and he'll still hop on that bitch at 12 at time like he hadnt run in days
 
The only thing i've ever heard about Ambien is a girl saying she took it and ended up "sleep eating"...she said she'd get up in the middle of the night and eat and didn't know it. But she could have just been making up excuses for gaining weight. I wouldn't take it though unless you've exhausted all other non-pharmaceutical methods.
 
My Dr. gave me some a couple years ago when I was stressed and not sleeping. I only took it a few times because when I finally did wake up my brain was gooey for most of the next day. I never tried staying awake on it, but that was allegedly Tiger Woods' thing with his sleepover friends, taking ambien and then staying awake and having sex. That makes it a pretty safe bet that it was at least somewhat fun, because he could have copious amounts of any drug he wished at any time.
Hey, I still have the bottle of them, albeit likely outdated. Maybe an all nighter Tiggger style is in my future...
 
wouldnt do no good bro, your most likely going to stay awake. ive got some kind of sleep med and took 2 couldnt keep me asleep worth anything PILLS DONT WORK
