Beware dont buy from (http://www.amsterdammarijuanaseeds.com) there a scam took me for 85 bucks. Once you click pay now it take syou to another site and it says payment was succesful and creidit card billing shows, NICE*HERBALAROMASHOP.COM Category: Retail Stores. After ordering paying with credit card I received a email 2 days later saying order has shipped. I paid 25 extra for track and trace option that they provided for shipping so that I could have some sort of guarntee. And there contact us link doesnt work on there webpage. They go onto saying that they dont offer first class postage and that all packages are sent regular mail! In the email they sent saying:

Yup I feel like a total dumbass....Just ordered 144 euro worth of seeds the other day without doing my home work on AMS and now I'm regretting it. Its been 2 days since I ordered and it hadnt shipped yet. This is when I did my research and tried to cancel my order. Well sure enough as soon as I send the email I receive one saying its been shipped. Im american yet live overseas so I figured hell I'll call the phone number on the site that doesnt work....I payed with debit, can i do what you did "The Rabble" and dispute it I'm not really sure what to do because even if I do get the seeds I know theyre gonna be shit.

Stay away from AMS, they're a rip off. You might get your seeds but most likely won't get anything close to what you ordered, plus horrible germination rates. The Citral Kush they sent me was some autoflowering ruderalis bullshit, unsmokable, even the concentrates were horrid from it. The Medijuana description was accurate for one particular pheno (which I do keep around) but the pheno variation was ridiculous across two packs.
If you're looking at AMS because the prices and freebies are luring you in, do yourself a favor and order from Breeders Boutique instead. Better prices, better genetics, better customer support and awesome freebies, not just a handful of random seeds they sweep off the floor like AMS.

I emailed them about the bad reviews I had read and told them I was considering chargeback since I was pretty sure it was a scam and I got an email saying this;
Please check the dates on those reviews.. We have been under new ownership since fall 2013 and started offering guaranteed delivery! Everything before that is out of our controle. All we can do is make sure the new reviews are solely good ones (please check the ones on our homepage, reviews are taken by independant third party review site KiyOh, you will see that the majority of our customers is very happy and that the few that aren't are taken care of)
I ordered 10x AK47 XTRM feminized and 5x Cheese fem..
The order is currently at the PostNL sorting centre.
Apparently they also send the money back if in the case that the first and resends are fails..
What are you thoughts on this reply from AMS?

The seeds I purchased from them were before 2013, I never had an issue with getting my seeds though. My issue was with what they actually sent me. They're still selling the same strains that I ordered and using the same pictures. That makes me think their quality was never addressed.
I don't think you need to worry about not getting your order or losing money to them.

No problem and good luck, I'm sure there are nice plants to be found in their stuff. You may just have to dig deep like I did with the Medijuana, I've kept it in rotation for years now.I see.

Found this thread after i already ordered my seeds from ams to see if anyone had the same experience w/ credit card orders. I did receive my seeds in a decent time frame (live in california), but a day after orderng my credit card account had to be closed because someone had charged over $1000 worth of Google Play on it. My thoughts immediately went to the ams order since they said on their site somewhere that they use a separate cc processor from china. sounded kinda shady to me but i wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but i will never order w/ a credit card from them again.

I had a good experience with them, I ordered 5 seeds maybe 3 or 4 months ago, seeds showed up in my mailbox around 7 days later.
