eagles are not to be fucked with. every summer i go to this lake in maine and the entire area is full of bald eagles. i didn't realize how huge they were until i saw one in a tree and then realized the tree was about 100 feet away. some of them are over 3 feet tall standing up and the wingspan is ridiculous. the shadow they would cast on the dock/water when they flew overhead was unreal. they were always carrying some kind of small animal it seemed like. i always shit bricks when i sit outside up there. really beautiful animals, though.
