They most likely are. I agree. I don't like the government and I don't like big business. They're one and the same.
Unfortunately that is true. However, if government didn't play the game and add to the corruption, there would be no game.

Perhaps. What I don't understand is how people cannot see the danger of conglomerate corporations. I healthy private sector with thriving small business is ideal. Government can interrupt this ideal process, but big business can as well. They become so huge and powerful, making and influencing decisions that benefit only themselves.
Do you really believe that big business aren't corrupt and evil? Let's agree that government is corrupt and evil - I only want you to concede this one point. Huge corporations are evil.
Gov't pushed these big businesses to put out bad money and take stupid risks.

They didn't force them to. They opened the doors, but the corporations saw the potential profit and jumped at the bit. It was government deregulation that caused this mess, so now they're regulating. We'll see what happens...
