Okay, so I got to sex pretty early 1.5 weeks into flowering. 2 Males, 3 bitches. The males are out like hammer pants so I just got the 3 sexy bitches left.

I can fit in my space 3 (3 gallon) pots and right now have the ladies in 3 (2 gallon) pots. Should I make the transition to 3 gallon or leave them as they are?

Depends how big is the final product going to get? When do you plan on flowering them?

I'm already 1.5 weeks into flowering. I have 5 foot in height I can allow and still keep the light from burning. They are about 16-20 inches now.

Switch Pots Now.
If you can, fill the 3 gallon pots, cut the bottom out of your 2 gallon pots, and place them right on top of the 3 gallon pots. It's called double potting. I did it with my plants. Great results.

i havent had this question answered yet... why not start out with the 3 gallon pot instead of putting your plant at risk with transplanting? im not trying to insult anyone i am just curious as to why.

because it allows you plants roots to fill out the pots more. otherwise the roots will just go striaght down and and bottom out within weeks. at least thats what i heard.

tenn, that is a great idea. I could use this in my grow thanks. I was trying to figure out how to transplant without having to harm them.
