If it goes forward, we can see the Theory. But, I think if it doesn't get Standing, it is just another Coffin Nail for the Elephant.

I am pretty sure it is has not been tried before. But, the Standing issue here is Congress itself, not an individual.

SCOTUS has never ruled on that.

Really it comes down to the idea, can one Branch sue another? I say we should have more of that, especially about the Agencies.

I was expecting a somewhat proper debate on the politics forum. I was horribly wrong. I find it odd that no moderators seem to take action. I mean, so far 80 per cent of this thread is utter bullshit; useless in any concievable way. If you really want to have a discussion, go about it in the following way:

I honestly do not believe that people visit the RIU politics forum to grow weed. This is evidenced by the fact that I have looked over the politics forum several times and found no traces of weed, or even seeds. Furthermore, if what you say is true then there would be no reason to have multiple forums on RIU, as one would look no further than the "Come to grow ganja"-forum.

Lastly, I recommend that you look into the picture I attached, as you could surely benefit from learning a thing or two about argumentation.
