You will get different opinions and have to decide for yourself.
Lets take this route.
You went with bloom nutes at the beginning of flower when the plant is actually more in veg than bloom. It was a time it may not have needed any bloom nutes at all.
Synthetic fertilizers like Tiger Bloom do not feed the soil the way organic ferts do, they directly feed the roots even if the plant does not want to be fed.
Lets just say bloom nutes should be introduced slowly if needed by the plant in early flower and giving the plant too much in early flower will fry your leaves.

I was thinking about this last night. The confusion with Nute burn might be the type of nute Burn . Nitrogen induced nute burn May show as burnt tips. This is not nitrogen.
I did a little test. I added a teaspoon of tiger bloom to 1/3 of a gallon of water. My PPM’s on a 500 scale went from a base of 210 ppms to 825 ppm’s. I used 50% less tiger bloom than the OP. That would be a lot of bloom food even for an inert media like Coco. Now consider soil already has the full range of bloom nutrients in it. it’s just way too much. Especially at the beginning of flower.
lights being too close would make the situation even worse.

Thanks for your help. For the next week or 2 I’m going only water ph’d water then start back very very light on nutes. I used the same amount of nutes on outdoors plants this past year and no problems but I guess that’s the difference in outdoor/indoor

Sounds good! If you have the Fox Farm trio. Big bloom is the one that feeds the soil and is very safe to use. If it was me I would add some earth worm castings Another safe addition and then carry-on for a couple weeks water only. Damage may continue to get worse for a few days from the most recent fertilizing.

I actually just ran out of big bloom but will probably get another today or tomorrow. Will it be safe to use right away since it’s not as potent? And is there anything I can do to help speed up the healing? I’ve seen the boomerang from FF but haven’t really researched it

I would only be guessing at this stage As far as what the next move should be.That’s why I would add earth worm castings.A safe addition that will add microbes and food to the soil. There are other ways to recharge the soil that others may suggest. Just avoid anything for a couple weeks with phosphorus or potassium while the plant is dealing with the over abundance of those nutes from the tiger bloom.
