Another trichome post

Hey guys sorry for another annoying ‘are my trichomes ready’ post again..am fairly new to growing, am currently on day 59 from 12/12 with my bag seed, problem i am having is knowing when the trichomes are ready? Not sure if they are ready for harvest or if i should give them another week or so? I am growing 1 plant in coco using canna nutes under a 600hps temps are around 76 and humidity is about 40%..have attached a few picture.. any help would be very appreciated :)

Looks like they could go for a couple or a few more weeks honestly. And when you check your trichs look at the buds themselves not the leaves.

Thank you for the quick reply and advice :) in the last few days a lot of the leaves are starting to turn yellow but still has a lot of white hairs so didn’t wanna chop 2 early
 
I agree you want to look at the trichs on the actual buds but when it comes to when to harvest that's a matter of preference imo. Do some research on the stages of trichombe growth and harvest when you feel it's where you want it to be. I like to harvest when i start to see a couple amber trichs on the buds.

Thanks for the reply.. I was thinking of when they are all milky with a few Amber but just unsure what i am looking at as they all seem to look the same to me lol.. but will deffo have a look at them again on the bud when the lights go out.. thanks for the advice

Those aren't ready. Trichomes are a definitive way of checking with a loupe but to quickly check with the naked eye look at pistols. If there is a lot of white pistols then more then likely you need more time. Once pistols turn brownish in color and shrivel up or curl up then check trichomes. And when you do check trichomes dont look at sugar leaf trichomes you need to check trichomes on the calyxes. By the looks of the pics that's off a sugar leaf. Those trichomes on sugar leafs with always cloud up and go amber way before the plant is ready. Keep posting pics but she needs a week at least maybe more

thank you for the advice will take a look at the buds as the pics were taken from the sugar leaves at the top of the plant will give it another week and will update a few picture on where i am at
