any 1 know what kind of bug this is?

any 1 know what kind of bug this is? and will it hurt my plant its smaller then a weed seed and kinda looks like 1 it has small whits stripes on its back with some brown

Some bugs can be beneficial to your grow room , like ladybugs and their larva and cellar beetles. Do a bit more research to find out what it is and what it feeds off. If it's there and alive it must be sustaining its self somehow, and if your plants are fine chances are it's a friend not foe.

I had a case of spider mites years ago and I intentionally put about 10,000 ladybugs in my grow.
If figured what the hell I tried everything else. Now the state blames me for the corn beetle infestation in the Midwest.
Didn't work. They are still I the walls. I had one with no spots hanging with the seedlings for about a week.
