any body accidently eat a chicken bone ?

yeah sound stupid. was eating chicken wings. and yeah I chew . and some how some way I swallow a 1/2 inch piece of bone. I know how big it is because I was looking to see if there were any broke bones. I could feel the damn thing go down . wondering if any body else has done this . stupid . I know chicken can scratch or splinter into the stomach and more. but what can I do . spend 1000 at the er . or hope it passes . :neutral:

My dog eats chicken bones all the time.. you will be alright. There is a very very small chance though... just if you start seeing blood in your feces or urine you might go in to a doctor

I doubt our stomach acid can break down bone. and chicken bones are jagged and sharp when broken off. its a good chance it could scrape/cut/get stuck in your insides causing immense pain, discomfort, or a trip to the ER or a surgical removal might be needed.

Since you were eating wings, I'm guessing it was the end of the metacarpus, phalanges, radius or ulna bones - all of which are pretty small. And after cooking, those are pretty soft (except possibly for the center of them).
Personally I wouldn't worry about it unless you start seeing/feeling unpleasant things.

Swallowed a fish bone from a flounder one time. God every time i seen a fish i closed my mouth.. paranoid??? I think not! ok maybe a little.
