Any clue what the issue could be?

I wouldn't feed them plain water. They definitely still need some nutes. Half of what you've been giving them per gal.

For the first few weeks just tap water with a brita type filter. Havent used distilled water.

First time i used just a 1/4 tsp of flora nova grow and 1/2 tsp silica in one gallon of water, which I used half of to feed 7 small girls (didn't flush).

A few days ago once they'd dried out my buddy mixed me a gallon containing either 1/4 or 1/2 tsp flora nova, 1 tsp fox farm grow big, and likely another 1/2 tsp silica.

I'd like an ec/ppm meter but wasn't sure if it was worth an investment since friends have gotten by without it. Any specific brand or any cheap generic one will do?

Just for the record, my friend who has the exact same strain from the exact same dispensary with the same water and filters, pots soil etc etc had trouble with his girls at first, but right now they are absolutely perfect and he has been giving his plants higher doses of all the same stuff I've used. He also waters more often, so he was skeptical about me over watering, but who knows..

Now they are nice and dry and ill give them some filtered water in a few minutes. Then next time some more nutes based on feedback.

I truly appreciate all the suggestions guys, puts my mind at ease knowing help is so easily accessible. Happy 4th, if you live in the states at least, heh!
which flora nova and are you using the mico?

Here are some photos of the girls today.. still some issues with lowest leaves getting brown spots with curled tips and yellowing a bit higher but its not terrible.

They are fairly dry so I'm going to feed again with the same mixture of nutes my buddy has been using, as his girls look perfect. He is just using a slightly higher ratio of grow big than what i posted earlier, everything else is the same.

Any suggestions are much appreciated as always!

You think the higher concentration of the same nutes will be sufficient? Or is there something specific you recommend?
