Any Commercial Drying, Curing and Packaging Wizard Out There??

Hey Fellas..

Any help I can get would be highly appreciated and respected. I have wrestled for quite a while with mastering the process of harvest to packaging.. I know.. I know.. Cut it, hang it upside down, cut it, bag it.. Im just wondering why commercial grow buds are real tight and perfect water percentage, most of the time.. When I grab a lb from a commercial grower the buds never mold and will dry just fine in the bag.. Unfortunately the dude I get it from doesnt know the dude who knows the dude so to speak. So I cant really find out how guys achieve this quality of packaging .Mine always looks real nice but my buds are much more fluff, definitely not tight and dense like commercial bud.. Plus I find it very difficult judging water percentage and dodging mold but still staying moist and crystally when you crack a bud. How do you guys get the bud to look so perfect like that?? Please Help me.. Anyone who knows my pain feel free to comment.. However I am really looking for a master who knows exactly what Im talking about and can give me the remedy. Thanks for the shout cadkins. I here you about practice makes perfect. Its just that Im almost 4 years in the trade and have not yet mastered but I am very good at everything short of this stage. I just want my nugs to be tighter, denser, and store well in plastic bags without fear of mold or thc degradation.

if you want tighter, denser buds then get more watts

More wattage. Dry them till they are crispy and the stem is just bendy enough to almost snap, then jar it and burp it accordingly. Make sure to keep it in a dark ventilated room with low humidity.

heres my .02 ..

commercial means mass, lots of buds curing together could mean that there's so much bud in a bag or jar whatever, that it smashes down on each other compacting them right ?

Humboldt County's Own - Gravity, I use the purple maxx and love it. I think gravity will give you more compact dense nugs but i'll warn you their products aren't cheap.

Thanks so much for the info blink. You hit it right on the head. Way too much to jar up. So I will def look into your suggestion. Ive never heard of it but am eager to find out. Thanks bud...

I disagree. We use a Cold room with high Humidity (60-65%)

Dry for 6-7 days. Then cure.
