So I acquired a half pound of some outdoor grown white widow.... it is decent bud... but the grower didn't trim it very well...he left the sugar leaves ALL over it..... so I decided instead of trying to fuck around with the buds too much I was just gonna make some honey oil. I ended up with 6 razor fulls.

I also threw in a picture of the whole half pound, a closeup of the buds that I used(and still have), and two big bags of ganja that are left... not sure what to do with them... maybe more oil? Still have more than a quarter pound.

I bought a honeybee extractor yesterday to do this extraction, and about 7 cans of colibri butane (it was over 500 grams worth of butane) and I proccessed 3 ounces of the crappiest looking buds I could find in the half pound.

Final weight is 8.3 grams all scraped up, and I've already been smoking on it for a day....a good 1.5 inch by 1 inch section of the pan was already gone before I started scraping it.... so we are going to assume that was one gram, maybe a bit more based on how much I scraped up.

I can't even explain. I know the pictures look great... but even the pictures do NOT do this oil any justice... If you shine a HID light onto the oil and look at it..... you will be mezmorized at how golden it looks.

The weed had a strong lemony scent, and it transfered to the oil.... so when you exhale the oil you taste honey oil - and lemons.

Two hits has put ANYONE that I have smoked it with so far, RIGHT on their ass. :sleep: :sleep: :sleep:

So you got 9 grams out of about 3 ounces of nug nugs... that's a decent return. I bet that would of whipped up into some nice stable budder or earwax. Should of took it a step further! :D

I never run more than a half ounce for my BHO, I always wish my dish would fill up like that hahahaha

Aye, I am pleased with the yield and extremely impressed with the final product. I'm not a big fan of budder or earwax, as crazy as that sounds... I know it's easier to handle, and easier to hit in the bong... but I normally smoke honey oil pure by itself... I only dripped it on the bowl for show ;) and I like to ignite a hookah coal.... and then drip hits onto it and suck the smoke that comes off... You get fat hits.... and its all pure honey oil.... I use a glass hooter as well, snapped a downstem off a bowl I never used.

The weed that I used hasn't even been ran twice yet, I looked at the 3 ounces that I made this oil with.... and I shined it under an HID and you can still see a very nice amount of crystals left.... so I'm going to make a second run later today or tomorrow.... Plus I still have 5 more ounces of these exact same buds waiting for me to do something with them... I'm not smoking this weed.

If you want pure honey hits you should look into a vapor globe/dome or a vapor swing/ skillet or even an atomsmasher. Attachments for the bong to take pure honey dabs. Can use it for budder or honey. Just drop a dab ;)
Only reason I like budder, is the taste. Purest form and definitely the tastiest in my opinion.

I've tried vapor globes before, and I find that nothing can deliver as much smoke as a hookah coal... They burn super hot... they give off ZERO smoke... don't mess with the flavor whatsoever... and the second you put oil on one you get an instant puff of smoke... It burns it up instantly.... So you take a big glob..... drop it onto the coal and you get that entire globs worth of smoke right into your lungs in one second.... It takes a bit of practice to get all the smoke at once, because it burns up so fast... but once you got it.... You can get PHUKT up.

I do get what you're saying though, its just more money, more work... and my way works perfectly. ;)

Shit, then that's all that matters is that it works. I love ripping a huge dab of oil on the globe through my bong though. Since the first time I used it I never once saw any lost smoke. Don't even put water in the bong when I hit oil anymore, why filter anything if I'm smoking the pure shit, right? ;)

Yeah for sure.. Maybe if I wasnt such a cheap fuck I'd have a vapor globe..... but hookah coals work awesome... Give it a try and let me know what you think.. Only downside is you have to clear ashes every now and then, but what I do is just use an old toothbrush and brush the ashes right into my ash tray.... no mess / no problem

If I'm smoking some of the purest shit around, I'd like to think I'm doing my best to ingest it as purely as possible. Plus it's easier to heat up a glass nail with a butane torch and have it cool back down than it is to get a coal up n burning, then let it burn itself out.

I don't know about you but a session of BHO oil that lasts as long as a coal burns would spell coma for me, and I think anyone hahahaha

But shit some people prefer hot knifing still. Just as some prefer joints over bongs. Tomato tomoto potato patoto everyone's different and feels different effects for every way of smoking.

Agreed... You'd be surprised though.. The coals burn extremely fast... I break one hookah coal into 4 pieces, and thats 4 sessions... and each 1/4 of the coal lasts about 10 minutes... So it's perfect actually bro.. and the coal burns extremely clean... They're used for smoking, haha. I've smoked oil off a coal and off a vapor globe.... tasted no difference.. Plus you don't have to keep heating up the coal.... you put the lighter to it... and it ignites (get quick-ignite coals) takes like 10 seconds to light it.... and boom... non stop heat for 10 minutes....

Benassi I made a video just for you, and I guess for anyone else who wants to see how this oil smokes.
I was doing a couple drops and got super baked, so I thought I'd make a video to show you just how much smoke you get off such a tiny amount of oil.

It's uploading right now, I'll post it when its up. For anyone thats never seen oil before, or ever seen it smoke... You get a LOT of smoke off a small amount. :hump:
