Pollen comes from males. Autoflowers are sold as feminized seeds.

There are regular auto seeds but they're few and far between.

They still have to have pollen for fems too it’s just from a female plant

Speaking in general. You'd have to hunt down a breeder to get regs.

Unfortunately, I live in the U.S. and they're not available from that site.
Any U.S. sites for regular auto seeds?

The best way to get pollen is to grow regular seeds and harvest it yourself from a male. There are a couple places that sell pollen but I wouldn't buy it.
