So I got my piece today. When I opened it up this is what I got. Not the one I ordered. I emailed them and this is their reply. I JUST GOT BAIT and SWITCHED.

Hey _______, I am sorry that you were disappointed with the bubbler. You had requested green, we only had two of those bubblers in stock (one being orange and the other green and quite similar to the one pictured), so I thought that the green one we had was the perfect match. I should have gone the step further and sent the pictures to you just to verify.
So like I said, of the Blaze1 bubbler that you ordered, but we do have some more Blaze1 bubblers that are very similar and are actually a little less expensive. I've attached photos for you to check them out to see if there is one that you would prefer to maybe exchange for the one that you received. If you like one of the ones that's less expensive, we can of course refund the difference.
Again, I apologize for any inconvenience. Usually I do send pictures and contact the customer, but I assumed (which I should never do) that the green theme was of most importance. I also apologize for the picture quality on some of the images. The pictures are coming from other employees at other physical retail locations and some of their phones don't take the best pictures. But if you see one that interests you, and would like more images, I can get someone with a better camera in there to send me some.

Hello Megan,
I received my package today and I'm disappointed that you did not contact me about not having my specific order.
Your Web site says that you call and text pictures if the exact piece is not in.
So I'm curious why I was not contacted about the piece I ordered? Why wasn't I informed of, or at least had pictures sent to me? 200 for a piece is expensive, a person should not be surprised about their order and what they are getting.
