Any help appreciated adding plants tomorrow

Ok the day is finally here and I have prepped and re-prepped for this. I am adding plants tomorrow here is the sketchy part I got a dude off Craig's that is a grower for a local dispensary nbd I asked all the standard questions and finally i didn't get a paranoid person that quit emailing me. Anyway here is the setup pics and all and I have had her running quite a few times with mixed results but I am hoping she is close to dialed. Any input I'd appreciated.

1k on one side
600 w other side
hallide bulbs for veg but switching to hps for flower asap
220 cfm intake from basement cold here right now
440 cfm exhaust in basement for now still cold out
and co2 on timer for daytime totally get some may disagree

So my issue is cold basement and heater vs cold basement with bulbs and ac. I am up in the air as right now as without plants I am heating but full am I going to need ac?

i wouldnt worry about the lack of heat until you get everything up and running. looks nice in there.

What are your high and low temps in 24 hours? Is the basement finished? Meaning studs, insulation and dry wall. Or bare concrete?

So the basement temp is usually 58-64 but i noticed it is a little warmer now that the setup is running. basement is not finished but there are a few walls framed.

i am getting teens today so i will update with pics.
