Any help? White marks on my fan leaves. Sort of shiny

Hi My plants are about 3 weeks old i think and they have been growing perfectly fine at a nice rate but im confused about these marks ive come across. Ive attached some photos so you can see and maybe give me some help? Is it a possibly of spidermites?

I had shiny mRks, turned out to be thrips. Look at your leaves closely, especially at the bottom of the plant.

Captain jacks dead bug concentrated(concentrTed is much cheaper) will kill them.
