Any idea what is wrong with her?

This plant had some white spots on some leaves when it was small. All of the leaves are slightly deformed as can be seen in the pictures.

It is surrounded by 3 other healthy plants.

Has anyone seen something similar?

Could it be a PH issue?

Just bad genetics?

It is about 2/3 the size of the other plants which are about 6ft tall.

I am hoping I can fix the issue and get something from her by harvest.

I had to take the pictures with a camera phone so they are not the best quality.

Thanks for any ideas.

looks like salt build up.... not taking in enough water, and a little heat stressed... I doubt its from a ph imbalance though...

Organic fertilizer (mainly bat and seabird guano) is being used in a compost and top soil medium. I wouldn't think this would cause a high salt level? We have had lots of rain and it has been mostly overcast so I don't think it is heat stress.

If it is high levels of salt, what is the best solution? Should I just leach it with extra water? Anything else I could do as well to help ensure I remove the salt?

Lack of light, little too much water... flushing with purified water will get rid of salt build up (which can come naturally from rainwater occasionally...) but now I amnot so sure that is your problem

If that plant was cared for like the rest then its genetics. The plant is short bus qualified.

The last time I fed was this weekend with a guano tea, I also applied some greensand.

She has had issues from the begining so perhaps dirtyboy is right. I thought I would ask just in case I was missing something.
