Any idea what this is?

so i just transplanted these two hashberry plants into super soil and they are starting to show these weird off colored blotches on the leaves.. ive looked and looked and cannot figure out what it could possibly be. does anyone have any ideas?

did you previously splash nutrient solution on them? It looks like a bit of nute splash...if its only happening on a couple fan leaves its probably no big deal...if it starts to spread around the plant more symmetrically then I'd worry...

dont think anything was splashed on them... here they are side by side. they were treated the same exact way since seed so they are different phenos but i still dont see why this would be happening to one more than the other. but there are definitely sign of this on both plants.. some of the leaf tips are starting to turn blackish.. dont know if that helps.. thank you for any advice. i looked online for days for a diagnosis and couldn't find anything so if you can figure this out +++rep for you

could be over nuting.. cut back a little and keep checking new growth.. it looks like all the newer growth is ok .. so maybe u just over did it a little,.. i got some phenos that cant even get hit with half stregnth nutes or they burn like hell.. others that like double amount.

seedlings were put in roots organics and were not given any nutes until transplant (they were very healthy)... super soil is an organic mix so i just feed RO water + cal mag. i guess its a possibility that the super soil is hot but i dont think thats what it is. I only filled the containers 1/4 way with the super soil and the rest with roots. this looks nothing like nute burn to me

Droplets of Cal-Mag-fortified water can do that, esp. in conjunction with a soil nutrient level that is on the warm end of the thrive zone. cn

i was actually wondering if thats what it could be haha... i cant believe a little cal mag on the leaves could do that.. i guess i will be more careful when watering them now. thanks man

first thing when the lights come on if you look at the plants you may see moisture on the leaves. These drops of moisture act like a magnifying glass and burn the plant.

I know of a case ware water pooled up on a green house and the sun that came through the water was so intense, it melted five plastic flats of seedlings and almost started a fire.
