I would say overwatered but underfed lack of nutes, but iv not been doing it long my self to be a reliable source of information dude, some details about your grow might help, what you growing in , what if any nutes are you using, even temps and PH all could help somebody diagnose your problem , but my unprofessional opinion is over watered and they look hungry

Are they autos ? How many hours light they getting ? How old are they? purple stems could be PH issues or root problems to me it indicates your plants aren't getting enough nutrients

Growing in 3 gallon bags. Nutrients haven’t been used yet, just transplanted but what I will be using is Roots Organic Buddha Grow. Roughly 7 weeks old, started outside and now in due to weather. Not sure about ph honestly, using gallon spring water currently.

That looks like a rootzone issue, likely from overwatering. When conditions become anaerobic, the roots become choked off. And, if you went 1:1 with EWC, its likely a very heavy mix that lacks good aeration.

Let the pots dry out a bit and they should perk back up.

Anyone know what could cause this? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

You’re overwatering I’m 99% sure. Those plants have a lack of oxygen to the roots. You need to back off on the watering. Maybe a quart of water WHEN DRY. If the pot is heavy, it has water. If the plant is very light then it’s dry. If the plant is kind of heavy and kind of light, then just give a spray onto the top soil to keep your microbes alive.
