Any ideas what’s causing this

Hey guys I’m in week 1 day 5 of veg
Growing in coco coir in a grow tent under t5 lights
Using Lucas Formula for coco with some supplements and additives
Noticed this on a few plants any ideas of what’s causing it?

I've had these a couple of times throughout past grows on the upper leaves as well, never could 100% pin it down but always suspected some sort of water splash or even nute residue maybe from my hand brushing up against the leaf. If no new ones begin to appear, and all continues to grow healthily then I wouldn't worry much. Is the plant otherwise healthy?

Yes seem healthy well hopefully it was a water splash and nothing to serious
