I live in FL, the state is amazing. it really is a paradise place to live in. as weed goes though it is one of the harshest states. but if you stay low key and don't deal the shit you will live in a very sunny place with some very bright buds,lol.

Pensacola isn't bad and the housing market is.....eh....less than 200,000. I just moved from a little town called Navarre. Also a very nice place. Its more of a small town/beach town feel.
You stay out this way too?

I live in Jacksonville too. If you have a family, there isn't a better place in FL. We have 1-2 months when our temp is below 60 degrees but the rest of the time it is awesome.
If you are still thinking of NW FL, check out Destin.
You should also consider looking into a foreclosed/repo home if you are looking at buying a home. There are plenty on the market and they are much cheaper than a listed home.
The mari laws are harsh and we are far from medical mari becoming legal. But so is the rest of the south.

I am between Atlantic and Beach on Hodges Blvd...not too far away. It is good to hear the someone else from Jax is here!
BTW- I am somewhat new to Jax. Do you know where the best live music is at beaches? Is there any raggae (or Island music) clubs in town? I love good music, some good mari, and a Red Stripe....

Go down beach towards the beach and take a left at sneakers u will see Freebird they have all kinds of good shows. I've seen the wailers, damien Marley, steel pulse, slightly stoopid, NERD, and the list goes. Someone is usually always live tickets at most are 15 bucks and alot free. All kinds of music plays there.

find the bar carribbean key its fun as hell. theres like 3 good bars all across from each other right there. i thnik one other is mad dogs, but they are tight.
