Any problems? Slow Growth??

I've replaced this text with updated information. I found out my 150w HPS light isn't 7" away, but it was 4" away. So I moved it up to like 6" away.

Is there anything else you can see though about why my growth may be slowed, or whats going on with my other two.

Temps are high, 85-90, but there isn't much I can do.

Please don't go and suggest MH because that is simply not an option.

your temps are too high, when its too hot the plant can alter genetically, and it usually changes for the worse. Should be about 78F.

are you using nutrients at all?

Who told you it was 7" when it was 4"? youre g/f? j/k.

I haven't used any nutes yet, just some rabbit poo at the bottom of the pots. I transplanted into some 6" pots, and think I found out my problem. Over watering. They were just too wet to take in the oxygen they needed. I'm going to let them dry out. How dry should I let the soil get? Almost all the way dry with a finger test?

With temps that high it shouldn't take long for your soil to really dry out. How often are you watering?

Everyday. But they would sit in this cafeteria tray that constantly had water in it. So I think it was similar to swamp land ground and just didn't get enough oxygen. They've since perked up and small new growth is seen on the biggest plant.
