If youd like to achieve 1 pounders the way to so it would be get larger lights. A 400 watt hps will only yield you 300 if your good. And your ok....at best lol. Right? Cummonnnn....... You cant over shoot the expectations of your sun. More light + grower tallent equals pounders, its far off, trust me.

I saw a video on youtube guy had 1 plant scrog and said he got a pound looked like it could have. I'm sure with the right pheno of critical mass sog you'll get you their to just gotta have some experience.

only way you'll pull a pound off an auto is outdoors if your lucky its not like you can veg long to fill your canopy.
 
Really depends on how you grow and what you're growing. Paradise seeds Delahaze is a perfect example, grown hydroponically or a bigger pot for soil under a 400 and up will give you a pound or a little more with training. Now try that with an indica dominant strain, might be possible but you're looking at maybe 10 oz max...maybe. PEACE

its doable not very likely but a closed system with co2 a good yielding pheno grown sog my money say's its doable and like dude said about vert heith robinson got just over 2gpw with a 600w light sure you got too have a lot of experience and the right mother.

20 plants vegged for 10 days in a 3x3 bed of coco/hydroton 60/40 chow mix is easy peasy. The YT vid the guy above was refering to is a brashtheonion scrog video.
